I went to Megan's performance that was on Friday at 8:00. I arrived at about 6:30, for some reason, and they were like "the house doesn't open 'til 7:30" and they asked if I really came all the way from Ohio and I said yea and this really nice lady named Colleen said "That's kinda freaky, but its really cool". They asked where I wanted to sit and I said in the front row and they said they would tape off 3 seats for me, my mom and my grandmother. So we came back to the theater at about 7:30 and I got front row seats right in the center.
Megan came out with her band and sang 2 songs that I didn't know. Then she introduced herself and said she had McDonald's hamburger stuck in her teeth. She sang some great songs like "Ruby's Arms", "Marie", "Guilty", and "Far From Me". She was wearing her "Over 21" shirt just like the VH1 awards. Also when she was singing "Guilty" she pointed to her shirt when she sang "I got some whiskey from a bar".
All throughout her singing she was joking around and being cute, as she always is. After she sang the first 2 songs she said "Well I'm not going to be doing any scenes from Will & Grace tonight so if you want to leave now, now's your chance". Also Billy Porter sang 2 songs by himself and he sang backup for some songs Megan sang.
After the show Colleen came up to me and told me that Megan wasn't going to come out but that she would meet me. I went out on this porch thing and Megan was talking to me and she was saying my name! I was in shock! We talked about a bunch of things and I got to meet Nick, her boyfriend. Then Nick and Megan were telling me about the rumor about her, Nick and Russell Crowe and how Megan was pregnant but didn't know the father. Then she apologized to my grandmother for talking about 3 ways in front of her. Also Megan asked me when I was going home and I said Sunday and she asked me if I could stay 'til Wednesday morning so I could see a taping of Will & Grace. But there was no way I could stay and Nick even offered to do my science homework and write an excuse for school.
Megan and Nick and Colleen were so nice. And Megan is so much more beautiful in person.
She personally autographed the ticket thing and it said

I just read on another website "The Unofficial Website for Jack & Karen" That Megan was talking about me to someone else. That is so cool that Megan remembered me and was talking about me.
